The dining room is spacious and open to residents and non residents subject to prior reservations and availability.
Our resident chef Clive Cairncross tries wherever possible to use the best and freshest of local ingredients. To the best of our knowledge all the meat that we buy in is reared in Scotland and we do not use genetically modified produce.
